Well, I can't say that I'm big on 'rules' but, my crack team of expensive lawyers informs me that I will need to lay down some policies for ordering, shipping, and custom work. The following are the rules:

Ordering

If you would like to order somethng, you can use the shopping cart which accepts paypal and major credit cards, or if you would like to pay with a money order, send me an email here. If you do want to pay with a money order, you have 7 days to make the payment.

No checks please!

I understand that money can be tight, so I can hold an item for a short period. I do, however, ask for a $20 down payment per item before I hold anything. The reason for this is because of all the times people have asked me to hold an item and then never got back to me. This just makes it so you will let me know if you need to back out. If you need me to place an item on hold, send me an email here, and I can send you an invoice.

Shipping

I will ship all items within the US by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is a flat fee, between $10 and $50 the cost will be $5. I will make every effort to ship your items within 3 days after receiving payment, with most orders being shipped within 24 hours.

Gutter's Goods will not be held responsible for items after they have been shipped.

All international orders will be seny by First Class International Mail and will have additional shipping charges which will be decided on an order by order basis. Please email me for details on international orders.

Returns

I do not accept returns if an item doesn't fit!!! Please check measurements carefully!!!

I will accept return on defective items. In this case, please email me within 3 days of recieving the item. A full refund will be given upon return of the item.

Custom

I am not taking on any more custom orders. Sorry!
